Claude has just sounded generic to me so far. Will this actually change that?

It's the most common thing founders walk in saying — and it's not because Claude can't do better. It's because nothing's been installed to make it know you. By the end of day one, your Voice DNA is encoded into the system. From that point forward, Claude stops writing like AI and starts writing like you.

I tried Claude and it didn't stick. Why will this be different?

It didn't stick because there was no system underneath it. You were prompting from scratch every time — high friction, mediocre output, the value never compounded. The Conscious Founder OS changes that arithmetic. After installation, you stop prompting in the dark. You call on the system the way you'd call on a partner who already knows your business.

I can't see what Claude can actually do for my business. Does this fix that?

That's exactly what these two days are for. We don't talk about possibilities — we build them. By the end of day two, you have live data dashboards, automated workflows running your operations, content engines speaking in your voice, and an Operating System that knows your offers and your ideal client.

Where exactly is it held?

In-person, in Bali. Specific venue and area details are sent to you on confirmation of your seat. The room is selected for the work — quiet, private, Wi-Fi-stable, the right energy for two days of building.

Why six founders, not more?

Six is the maximum where every founder still gets direct, hands-on attention from me through the full setup. More than that and the build becomes a workshop — which is what we are deliberately not running.

Do I need to have used Claude before?

No. Pre-session preparation ensures you arrive oriented. A Claude subscription is essential and separate — at minimum Claude Pro ($20/month) for day one, ideally Claude Max (from $100/month) for the full setup taught on day two. That's your ongoing cost with Anthropic.

What happens after I secure my seat?

Immediately on payment: your welcome email arrives with your pre-session preparation guide — a set of essential actions to complete before the cohort starts. This is not optional reading. It's what ensures you arrive ready to build from minute one. You also receive your onboarding questionnaire — the diagnostic that lets me meet each founder exactly where they are. Your answers shape day two. Venue details are confirmed one week prior to your cohort date.

Cohort or private — which is right for me?

The cohort is for founders who want to build alongside others — different industries, different stages, same energy. The private intensive is for founders who'd rather not share the room. Cohort: $2,000 + 1:1 follow-up. Private: $2,800, calibrated entirely around one business.

Is there a payment plan?

Not at this time. Full payment secures your seat — $2,000 USD for cohort, $2,800 for private. When a cohort is full, the link closes automatically.
